It will not fit

This magazine will NOT fit the current model JHP .45 from Hi-Point. The product info says that it will fit "any" HP.45 and that is not the case. The magazine is made for the older model and will not fit any HP that was produced in the last few years. This magazine is about 1/4 inch too short. The bullet cannot reach and will not chamber. Also the current HP magazines have a notch for the magazine release button. This magazine does not have that notch cut out and will simply fall out of the Gun. Do not buy this mag for the current JHP .45. It will not work as the ad claims
