It is small and light. I found it comfortable and it holds my weapon snugly. It takes a little practice to get used to the snugness but that is what I was looking for.

This is an inexpensive plastic holster compression riveted together. It is not intended for daily carry as it feels cheap and has a lot of flex. This holster provides a positive grip on the firearm, is easily donned, and is comfortable to wear for occasional use. You get what you pay for...

This is by far the best holster for the Kel-Tec P11. It holds the pistol very securely, and works just like the holsters that came with my Glock 17 and XD 45, both of which have served well over the years.
The only thing to keep in mind is that it will cause some wear on the finish of your P11 with frequent use - a small price to pay for the comfort and functionality of the holster.
